Work

Projects where research had to become action.

A closer look at the projects, operating questions and stakeholder work behind the resume.

My focus: customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, and later sales and distribution for the Makhana venture.

Fastrack has been a year-long process of building, testing and changing direction. Our team began with Meowra and later moved into Makhana. The case study follows that progression and shows how my role changed with the venture.

MStay began with interviews about how Monash students actually find housing. We explored housing type, rent and bills, privacy, commuting time, housemates and the channels students use to find a room or property.

The interviews were translated into personas, stakeholder mapping and a service process for a student-focused housing concept designed around the needs of Monash students.

Conducted Australian automotive-parts market research across 20+ products, identifying importers, distributors and wholesalers. I contacted 50+ prospective B2B customers and coordinated product specifications, quotations, MOQ, OEM and packaging information with the China-based manufacturing side.

I also represented the business at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo, where I spoke with prospective customers and gathered customer, competitor and market insights for follow-up analysis.

As Director of External Affairs in the university Economic & Trade Association, I secured RMB 10,000+ in sponsorship and helped deliver large campus events. Campus Mega Mart ran for two days with 100+ stalls and 1,000+ student participants. I also supported public-benefit activities and the purchase and delivery of donated materials.
